The Foods of Italy

We partly love Italy because of the food! My family is passionate about cooking and hosting and we enjoy taking lots of foodie pictures. We decided to post those here as a memento of our experiences but also as an invitation for those of you who want to come visit. Please know that we will serve you all these great foods when you arrive!

Caprese Lunch that is enjoyed weekly. We have the cheese shop at the corner of our house. They have the milk delivered in the mornings and the cheese is made fresh daily. Our favorite is the mozzarella di buffala. An aperol spritz accompanies my favorite meal!

OK- my Texas roots coming out. I needed some Mexican in my life and this taco salad hit the spot even if it was out of Italian ingredients.
